I was browsing through my Corda Tsuushin magazine yesterday, while I was in my room… taking a rest from having a bad cold =___=

And then, decided to make a sort of review of it and take some scans of interesting piccies I’ve found as well~

There are really interesting articles inside, like an interview article (supposedly by Amou) where each of the guys are asked about their first love, favorite food, favorite drinks, whether they’ve been confessed to or not, the best “date spot” in their opinion, etc… A really interesting read~ ^^ There are also sub-articles about the characters’ family (parents, siblings), and their [true] personality. In each of these individual articles about the characters, there’s a picture drawn by mangakas of the Corda Carnival manga, where they scribble about what they like about that certain guy. Those of  Tsukimori, Yunoki, and Tsuchiura are what I scanned (though I still plan on scanning Shimizu, Hihara, and Kana-yan).

Yunoki~ (the author is telling about loving Yunoki’s two-faced personality… and I believe that’s what most Yunoki fans would say)

the shounen-manga-like Tsuchiura (not as bishie as you want, but the pic below makes up for that ;P) 

Another article of interest is entitled “Kare ni Konna Koto… Itte Hoshii no” (I want him to say this), where the different guys’ responses to the given “Love Situation” are shown. The Love Situation here is that Hino’s (or rather you, in the game) fingers were cut while she was practicing hard with her violin, and then the guy sees you, and… [guy's responses goes here] Sadly, there’s only one pic shown, and that is of Tsuchiura (though that pic is enough to make your heart melt :3) The responses ones are shown in dialogue form, where a certain “situation” regarding the characters’ reaction to the given scenario (perhaps depending on the “level” of intimacy that you have with the character, on depending on how his personality turned out to be) is shown. Then the dialogue of the character in connection to this action response is shown, followed by a comment by certain people (one comment per reaction by fangirls?:p).

Situation: Tsuchiura tells you “Show me your hand”, then takes your hand and kisses your wound. After realizing what he has done, he becomes slightly embarrassed and tells you:

“Perhaps I was envious… of your violin” 
(since you [Hino] are always with your violin, and you *ahem* touch it too :p)
(this would be my reaction: <333 *gasp* *faints*) LOL.

There’s also a mini-lesson about operas in the magazine, and you could see the characters dressed in different costumes, as a form of illustration for the information being explained. And at the end of the magazine, there’s some Corda comics featured, a one-shot story and some 4-panel comics (much like the ones in Corda Carnival), which is sadly, in newsprint… T__T

But perhaps the calendar in front (which is already outdated, since it’s a 2005 calendar, but it’s not like I’m intending to use it anyway ^^;; ) somewhat makes up for it.

The magazine is quite expensive, but would be a worthy add to a Corda fan’s collection, most especially if you will be able to understand and appreciate the interesting articles features in the magazine ^-^ It would’ve been really better if there were additional stuffs included though, and perhaps MORE articles! But I still love it as it is

Side Note: I really have to go post some review or news on other stuff other than Corda… or else this will become another La Corda d’ Oro fansite… LOL
