@Dan: if what you meant there are cliches, yes… there are lots of cliches in KnS, but I find it really enjoyable ^^ I find Kazuma and Ayano’s tandem unique, in its own KnS way

@Lulu: this episode is pretty much a ‘lighthearted’ episode, considering that it’s but a prelude to what we’re going to expect in the next episodes…

and reading “in between the lines” (or rather reading what’s omitted from the novel in this case), will make this KnS experience far better

Ayano reaction is hilarious

At first I feel that Kazuma dialogs with Misao and Ayano should be more than that in the ceremony. (Yay! your deep-frying save a lot of people here, keep it going^^)b

After reading through the deep-frying. The dialogs make really much sense and fulfill the story gap. (Screw you Kannagi!, just who do you think you are?!)

All in all not as good as Ep4 but still entertain to watch.

@tactics: They are indeed investigating on someone… probably that “Michael Harley”, but with regards to Kazuma’s return… hmm… not entirely sure yet if that’s what triggered his return. It’s still a mystery… but nevertheless it could indeed be one of the likely reasons, and something more

and that grenade attack… lol… that was unbelievable

@tigerlily: I certainly hope the anime will be able to develop their characters well, despite the parts they omitted from the novel

@Tiamat: yeah, Ayano’s “jealousy blues” is somewhat irritating, but I just found it funny (especially because all that she’s doing is on impulse… stemmed from her jealousy) though, her actions weren’t like this in the novel… >_< @kersi: hehe… kudos to the seiyuu for that

Another interesting thing that you mention early is how different kind of outcome, people would have faced, with similar situations, which i think it’s very realistic. Again ayano is just 16, we can’t compared her with kazuma attitude and reactions since he is after all 6 years ahead of her, without taking in account that he has more experience than your average guy under those 22 years of his, or compared her to others in that matter, to me that seems a little unfair, heck at 16 we don’t know yet what we want and don’t have a clue how we want to define ourselves, that’s why people called teen years adolescence lol.

Well i think this episode was to develop kazuma character further, which is not strange since he is after all the central figured of this story. So i think we would have to be patience about ayano character development, as for misao i think the least thing that she needs is ayano sympathy and i figured ayano herself understood that. when you are that angry it’s most of the time useless, you have to let pass sometime. and thanks as usual for the great summaries they are the most anticipated event of the week for me. lol Me Can’t WAIT FOR SPOILERS LOL!!!!
