Synopsis: Clare has not yet defeated the Yoma and she’s using too much of her powers.

The fourth episode is the best episode so far. And the Yoma that Clare is facing is the toughest to date — a so-called Voracious Eater, a Yoma that has lived for quite a long time.

The priests finally knew of a Claymore in their city. They were supposedly forbidden from entering such a holy place. That’s why Clare had to take the pill to avoid being recognized. Anyway, they priests had no choice about it. They’ll end up dead otherwise.

It’s nice to see how the two knights helped Clare. Most fear Claymore’s as they are not quite human. But the two knights and Father Vincent realize how Clare cares about Raki. But the best part was when Clare realized how much Raki cared for her. Clare defeated the Yoma but after using much of her power that she could no longer control becoming Yoma herself. In the end, it was Raki who saved her.
