Yuck! Yuuri and Conrad are like godfather and godson. I never understood why people wanted to see them ‘together’ ; any bond between those two is nothing romantic for sure and is a bond of trust and friendship… Conrad is a good advisor and guardian of the Maoh. Yuuri and Wolfram pretty much accept they are going to end up together, I think after seeing the OVA.

Lightbringer, there are plenty of family cast in the series, just the advertisements focus on the males as selling point… the love interest focuses on mainly Yuuri and Wolfram but you do see female character regularly and some turn up to cause trouble romantically. I would suggest giving the series ago, I was hooked in the first episode just by the fact Yuuri was flushed down a loo to a demon land… anything with that sort of humour deserves viewing. In comparsion there are animes that have too many females in… just check out rosario to vampire, good fun but way too many views of female cast members knickers… and too many girls in love with one male character.

I don’t understand why people want to see Yuuri and Wolfram together Yuuri doesn’t think him as a lover and run away from lovely things with him. I think Yuuri and Conrad is the best couple when you watch the series don’t you think thet look good together They care for each other a lot

actually yuuri and wolfram do love each other so its not really comic relief, it is BL. How can ANYONE resist wolfram he is drop dead gorgeous ^^

Maybe later on lol. Watching Koutetsu Sangokushi right now (which I think still has no female cast – though Sun Ce (I think it’s Sun Ce, not sure) does look like a little girl), and one BL series at once is already my limit ^_^

@lightbringer Hmmm, yeah BL is present, but it doesn’t hinder the story. The BL is mostly present for comic relief ^^ There’s one bombshell there, which may make the series tolerable enough for you ^^

I was almost sold by the pictures but… this is a boy love series isn’t it? Too many bishonen don’t work for me when there’s no girl around (Saiunkoku is barely tolerable)
