But his power is not to turn things to stone, it's actually to freeze things. You can see it clearly in the intro of this episode, when he freezes the guy's legs. And before that, he deep-froze that one goon's arm so that it fell off. Talking about remuneration, Havoc's is interesting: [spoiler] She had to drink the blood of young children. Very evil.
