Hiii!! I'm from the Animesuki forum but never posted here. from today i'll start to do it ^____^

I loved this episode. It was great. And I can't wait to see Juliet's past in the next.

Ginnie, go read the book. It's lovely. But maybe it'd be better if you started reading it after watching the anime, so you won't expect the anime to be like the book and enjoy it more. Or perhaps you can start reading it, but veeery, veeeery slowly ^^ so you won't catch up with the anime eps.

I agree with you about the Father Cassidy chapter. It's one of the best moments of the book. Since I don't know Japanese, I'm also wondering if their conversation was similar to the one in the novel or if they changed it. But from usagijen's summary, it's obvious they kept the most important part. I'm happy with that ^______^

well, actually i finally read the excerpt from the book and the comments … i was just too curious… i will only tell you it’s fantastic. im not sure if they included all of emily’s and father cassidy’s dialogue in the anime, but in the book its great and pretty funny. i will soon start to read the book from beginning to end P:

i know this is a little offtopic, but what is the meaning of kawarimono (as in Kawarimono Ilse)? I want to know what adjective was used to describe her ñ.ñ (if its an adjective).

Yeah, I miss Ilse especially~ but of course having Emily-centric episodes are also great :)

now that you mention it, father cassidy does seem like a fatherly figure for her now... Emily must've seen him that way too, and thus he saw him as THE person who can convince John to change his decision...

Thanks for pointing me to that site! But... I'm still contemplating on whether I should spoil myself or not XD

after reading your summary, i watched the ep and really enjoyed it. I missed Ilse and Teddy though, and hope they will show up in the next ep. But emily is my fave, so i don't mind a few emily-centric eps.

it seems to me that father cassidy could be kind of a father figure for emily now. btw, after reading your summary, i wrote father cassidy on yahoo and found some comments on the Emily book about the Father Cassidy chapter. I didn't read it because i dont want to spoil the book in case i read it some day, but i thought perhaps youll like to read it. heres the page:
