Synopsis: Hei takes Havoc to Hell’s Gate so she can regain her powers and her memories (including that of Hei’s lost sister).

Hei was different in this episode. Rather than the cold, merciless Contractor who kills without remorse, or the slow Li Shengshun, we see a somehow gentle side of him (though at first he did torture Havoc for answers regarding his sister).

Havoc’s contract was a grim one: she had to drink the blood of children. She was a bit afraid of regaining her powers but she thought she could handle it now that she changed (thanks to the family who took care of her in Eastern Europe). The astronomy division confirmed that she regained her powers but November 11 killed her. Hei would have killed November 11 if not for Kirihara’s intervention.
