I don't think Clare's youki level was lowered so the enemy would struggle. Rather she would get confused at reading the enemies youki if hers was high enough to interfere. That's why Miria said she had to either learn how to switch from that defensive sensing to attack quickly or be able to read the youki even while her powers are released.

No matter how fast the enemy is as long as you are able to know where the attack is going to be dodging isn't difficult. You only need to move slightly one way or the other.

After all most are using their eyes to follow the enemy and attack. Sensing the youki to that level to avoid attacks is something fairly unique.

I guess, it's not just to Clare's "Youki-READING" that she was able to dodge the blows. If the enemy's fast enough and you're slow, you'd get hit. In Clare's case, she didn't move swiftly, she just walked calmly towards the enemy. The enemy was perplexed why he failed to hit her. The reason? He can't sense Clare.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that. She got the same ability as Teresa's that can sense yoki.

Suck? Look at Ligardes and Isley. Heheh.

Actually, Clare's dodging the enemy is due to her Youki-sensing. Rather, her Youki-READING, the next step above. She can see the opponent's Youki flow and determine which arm is going to move next - that type of thing.

Yeah, and in Claymore - guys sux.
