The research comes into play with all of the science/fermentation jargon. Much of it has to do with not being a native speaker, but not even your general native speaker is familiar with all of the terms! Anyways, I hope you continue to enjoy it! I guess translating each episode takes time due to the biological jargon (then again, it's mostly scientific names of microbes but still, some research is needed).
