Spreading Some <3 On a Special (yet a little ‘tragic’) Bunny Day
(I was supposed to post this hours ago, when this event was supposedly active, but oh well XD)
Whee~ a present from Kira~ 
As I write this post, it’s still… the 13th of December, that special day I came out of my burrow and yelled out “Hello World!” like the very first program we are made to do in programming language tutorials Simply put, it’s my birthday. I was actually planning to post something else, but I figured I won’t be able to finish it till the next few days, so I went on a scanning spree instead, to make a random blog post with picture spam 
Oh, and I’d like to thank Maestro for moving our site to the new AB server. Goodbye downtimes~! Maestro might not be aware of it, but he just gave me a birthday present~ :p
Kaze no Stigma
First we have some scans from the KnS artbook “The Song of Flame-wind”, which I bought two months ago from Amazon JP, together with other KnS stuffs. I had it delivered to an officemate of mine who went to Japan, who then gave it to me when she came back from her business trip. Saved me a whole lot of shipping and whatever DSL crap expenses, hahaha
Anyways, there are some more illustrations in this artbook which I really want to scan, especially some two-page-spreads, but unfortunately, it wasn’t made to be scanning-friendly. Just look at the first two scans above, distortions near the spine is quite obvious.
And… I really need to post more about KnS. Now another Ignition volume is coming out on the 20th of December and I haven’t said a word about Ignition volume 4! (about the arranged marriage)
Saiunkoku Monogatari
Scans from the Winter 2007 issue of Newtype Romance, featuring the Saiunkoku guys in hawt yukatas~ *drool* Shuuei and Ryuuki are especially… hawt. I love how Ryuuki has a page solely dedicated for him

La Corda d’Oro
Corda~ <3 I think I've said enough of my fondness for this series in my previous post. I am such a huge Corda fangirl that I didn’t want to leave them out of this post
These scans are from the first issue of Princess Animage, which I got just this week (once again through the “Amazon JP deliver through a friend” method =P). I wasn’t able to resist scanning these the moment I saw them, especially with the scanning rush I felt yesterday. The first one is a shitajiki / pencil board, the furoku which came with the magazine, while the other one is amongst the illustrations featured.
The Tragedy
Time for a little sad story… This morning, I was so excited for my birthday that I decided to bring my digicam with me (a Canon A710 IS I bought in Japan, together with an original carrying case and 4 rechargeable batteries). I was in such a hurry that I simply placed it in my paper bag, without thinking of my camera’s theft-safeness. So there it was, in this paper bag I always carry around with me. I rode the MRT, fell asleep like I always do, and when I woke up, the camera was nowhere to be found =__=”’
How silly of me to have forgotten the fact that I live in the Philippines! It sure pays to be paranoid, especially when you’re in a country like mine o__O Anyways, I’ve gotten over that lost now. On the bright side, this means I can now get myself a new and better cam! \o/ I’ll think of that months from now. I’m gonna buy a slimmer one this time around, so I can just keep it in my shoulder bag without being noticed that I carry one around.
In the meantime, I’ll just think about my Wii, instead of the DigiCam I lost :p
Afterword
As I wrap-up this post, it’s already December 14. But since it’s still December 13 in other parts of the world, technically, it’s still my birthday :p
And technically, the 12 Days of Christmas ABC supposedly starts this day, up until the 25th. I’ve been recently invited by Owen to join their blogging collective efforts, and thought I’d give it a chance.
I don’t think I’ve seen enough animes this year to pull-off a “12 Greatest anime moments in 2007″ series of posts, but we’ll see… one way or another, I’d still want to have a Christmas countdown. *drags hamster chef Seleria with her* =3

Ah, Kaze no Stigma… such wasted potential. As for the cam, at least when you get a new one you won’t have that weird awkward camera breakup feeling you get when you have to tell the old cam it’s no longer needed =[.
Sorry about the digicam, but at least you were safe.
