Hi, I am actually the translator for Live-eviL for this. I just wanted to say that I love your review and glad you liked the show as much as we did! I actually had intended to have it released on Christmas Day (how lovely would that have been) but I had a week and a half vacation around that time that sidetracked it ^^;

I still tear up when I watch the end of Mata Aimashou and listen to the lyrics... Such a lovely OVA. ^^

Hi ^^.

I've been lurking for a while and enjoying your reviews and spoilers for other series (namely Shugo Chara and La Corda).
I'm very glad and thankful to you for bringing TMC to my attention, I would've missed it otherwise. It's a simple, yet cute and realistic (yes, even the donkey part XD *sooo adorable*) tale. I find the art very pleasant too, both the colour palette and the characters' facial features: somehow their eyes remind me of cartoons of old rather than anime/manga 'canon' style. Also, thank you for the watching order suggestion. I agree with watching the boy's episode first ( you have more surprise effect and a more powerful ending this way) :).
My appreciation of TMC is not at your fangirlism level :razz: , but it's positively a deligthful/delicious piece of anime nonetheless.
Thanks again! *bows*

Well first I gotta thank you for blogging about this. (hmm... that sounds a bit familiar) For I would allowed it to slip past me.

After finishing Zenryoku and Mata in sequence, there was this 'Job Well Done' feeling lingering in my head.

It was as if maternal instincts had awakened in me... making me feel like an older brother watching over a precious kid brother/sister. They deserved the luck blessed upon them and I am glad that everything ended alright for them.

Once again, cheers.
