I’m not sure how effective this little ad promotion can be, considering that I am neither a Singaporean nor an aspiring artist, but since there’s no harm in getting this word spread, why not, right?

This pic is already readable in this size, but in case you want to see the BIGGER picture, then go click.
As you can see in this vividly colourful poster here, NUS Comics and Animation Society is currently holding a manga art competition, eligible for all Singaporeans (sorry fellow countrymen). The prizes has yet to be disclosed, but is said to be pretty attractive. So if you hail from the land of SG and have l33t art skillz to show off, go and join!! You’ve got nothing to lose, and almost everything to gain by joining this competition, so what are you waiting for?!
There’s less than 3 weeks before the end of this competition (deadline of submissions is on September 28, 2008), so if you want to participate, stop thinking and get to doing your artwork. NOW.

Sad to say…
if I were Singaporean or I just happen to live in Singapore…
even if I’m willing to do something like this…
I would be tooooooo LAZY to do it. xDD
Lawl.
My thoughts of drawing something only stays in my mind and my hand never does the action.
So good luck to whomever is participating.

Should be an interesting comp. hope some bloggers enter.
@Wija-chan: Don’t we all get lazy?
@Ryan: Not sure if there will be bloggers joining, since I only know a handful of the artistic ones, though most of them aren’t really from SG
