@tj han Yeah, most would probably buy stuff from the konbini while some would just skip breakfast.

I had 1 cookie because I woke up late, or so I thought. I wish I had someone to cook for me. I’ve also had #1 and #3 for dinner too.

Idealistic, but the more well to do or equipped with housewife families in Japan still eat stuff like that. Many I would assume, just grab a bun at a store on the way to work or school.
