I don’t understand how you found Saki so intriguing, because I thought it was complete crap from the moment I first saw it. I tried to keep watching but after 2.5 more episodes my brain couldn’t take it anymore, it was just way too much “omg I can’t believe that bitch beat me” or “nice boobs”. The lightning mahjong strike, steaming mahjong tiles, and yu-gi-oh style mahjong gameplay in the opening song are complete overkill.

While I did find K-On! to be much too cliche and cutesy, I’m surprised to think that you would find the opening “unspectacular”. The opening and ending are both some of my favorites, especially when compared to the forgettable crap Haruhi 2009 gave us.

In terms of Phantom, Higurashi no Eden, 07-Ghost and Shangri-la thought, I’m in complete agreement. FMA should’ve been a score higher though.

I’ve been following Eden and Shangri-la.

All I can say is, quite good. Up to now, Eden still keeps
you guessing (with puns, Ato Saizo, Pan tsu).

Although Shangri-la keeps on babbling about
Sun-Moon thingie…the unraveling keeps you hooked, i never
thought a typhoon could be 0kph (yah not moving)

Wow thanks for all the reviews ^^! I have been following Higashi no Eden and I am loving it so far. Morita rocks XD;;!
Not sure whether I should follow ghost (hot bishies~~) at first, but will do now because it seems that it’s not all fanservice.

For me K-on! is the anime of the season. So much awesomeness. Mio is so moe, and Yui is soooo Fuko. And that�s so good.
Other that Im watching is Queen�s Blade. What can say… voluptous girls fighting with major armor damage its my cup of tea.
And the 3rd. one in Mazinger, because Mazinger is awesome. Nuff said.

And I must try Eden, Saki, pandora and shangrila. And maybe FMA, if they give me some Ranfan.

Hanasakeru Seishonen is a guilty pleasure, but I detect a seed of something greater in there. It’s supposed to really ramp up the political intrigue after Eugene’s story arc.

And plus, it’s got an ARABIAN PRINCE!! Who doesn’t love a long-haired Arabian Prince!?

Sengoku Basara

Yup Basara is there for a reason
Maybe you can identify these characters in basara

1. A scout that keeps popping out for no apparent reason
2. A lieutenant whose brain is the size of a peanut
3. A party animal with his own signature phrase with a bunch of yes men
4. Hairdo twins, and I think they hate each other
5. A guy in a woman’s body
6. The amazing dancing soldiers

Yup, I download this one just to check what craziness they would do next
“Are you ready?”

Valkyria looks interesting for now. I hope they would show more tactics
in future episodes.

Shangri-la, I checked it out because Usagijen said so hehehe
It is interesting for now. No need to understand carbonomics, they
don’t show data anyway hehehe

Guin Saga is going to be the underrated anime of this season. Give the seiyuu a chance lol, both Guin and Remus are rather new. Further, I think the impact was not as big as it made out to be, at least I never even thought about giving it a chance until I decided to drop others. The music sounds good so far though, and that is very promising from Nobuo Uematsu.

Also LOL @ Sengoku Basara’s score. NOT FOR WOMEN (except Kenshin the gay).
