How I Want the Otaku Elimination Game to End
’nuff said.
…but for some reason I can’t stop myself from saying more.
As opposed to bloggers sucking up to each other (Anime Blog Awards), this time around we’ve got an otaku eliminator who jizzes and pisses at them blogs. Looking forward to the cumming of age of this one (I think it’s already happening, actually, not in their blog but in some other parts of the ’sphere, bloggers asking for feedback on how they can improve, being their own OEG, and all that). Still, I think the OEG needs more Baka-Raptor, seriously.

I think your blogroll needs more Baka-Raptor, seriously.
If this were the anime blog elimination game, I’d be obligated to join in as a respected, senior anime blogger, beloved by all, whom other bloggers look to for advice and leadership. However, this is the otaku elimination game. I have no interest in otaku matters. Not only do I not call myself an otaku, a search of my site reveals that I only use the term “otaku” when I’m insulting their taste or calling them pedophiles.
Now, if you’re saying I should be the one criticizing other blogs, maybe I’m interested…

I think adding Baka-Raptor to OEG really is in order. I mean, they’re listing, they’re eliminating, they’re adding more, and they’re not stopping.

I may have been too busy to bother with the OEG but now I know.
The concept was good, but the execution was not as acidic as I expected.
They should clone lolikit. =p

Omg, too many things going on in the aniblogosphere (or wtv it’s called now) that I’m not taking note of! It’s official, RL has taken over what used to be my sad OTAKU (should that be in inverted commas?) life. OH NOES
I thought it was a bunch of grumpy old ex-fans letting off steam but these OEG organisers might actually have something worthwhile to contribute after all. It depends on how they go about it of course, but yeah…I’d love to see Baka-Raptor take on a task like theirs. It would be truly epic.
