Synopsis: Clare finds Jeane but it looks as if it’s too late.

Clare finds Jeane still bound but instead of a warrior, Clare finds a butterfly-like Awakened Being. Clare thinks she is too late. The Awakened Being speaks to her and asks Clare to finish her while she still has the consciousness of a human being. That way she can die as human. Clare is amazed that although Jeane’s body has awakened, her mind still hasn’t. Jeane pleads Clare as she can’t suppress the process any longer. However, instead of striking Jeane with her sword, Clare embraces Jeane and rallies her to come back. Jeane says she can’t but Clare continues to encourage her, saying that the chance of returning isn’t zero. A strong power starts to envelope Jeane.

Synopsis: Clare fights an Awakened Being. Galatea comes and they discover the Awakened Beings’ plot.

Clare enters the cave and feels a huge amount of yoki. The walls are filled with rods that also pulse yoki. Suddenly more rods strike and a bunch of Yoma appear. Clare fights the Yoma effortlessly. One of them escapes, however, and Clare follows. Suddenly, a huge hand appears from the ground and crushes the Yoma. An Awakened Being with enormous yoki appears. He is rather stupid and finds himself stuck in a narrow opening. Clare attacks.

Synopsis: As Clare searches for Raki, she encounters an injured Claymore from an Awakened Being hunt. She sets off to rescue the captive warriors unaware of the enemy’s ploy.

It’s been three months and the organization is unable to contact Clare. Some think that Clare may have been killed by Ophelia but no corpse could be found. They found Ophelia’s body, however, and realized she had awaken. It is somehow unbelievable that Clare managed to defeat Ophelia. Nevertheless, the organization considers finding Clare top priority and so they assigned a certain Claymore to take on that task. That claymore is Galatea.

Synopsis: Clare meets an awakened Ophelia after gaining Irene’s flash sword technique. But Ophelia doesn’t realize she’s awakened.

As Irene explained, the flash sword is basically the complete release of yoki in one arm. It’s like letting the arm awaken. The technique requires a strong mental will to keep the arm in check. Clare, however, is having a difficulty with the technique so Irene tells her that she should rest.

Synopsis: Ophelia catches up with Clare who cuts off Clare’s right arm. An unexpected help comes.

Clare fights Ophelia but is having a hard time with Ophelia’s Rippling Sword, a technique where Ophelia waves her sword back and forth with great speed making it difficult to dodge or block her attacks. Clare continues to attack but this time, her right arm gets cut off. Ophelia attacks again and Clare falls off a cliff.

First and foremost, it’s not like I haven’t seen the latest Claymore episode but since the series is almost ending, I decided to finish what I have started. Been really busy at work, I could only watch the episodes but not blog about them. And that is even an understatement.

Clare was knocked down too. Only Miria was left to fight.
