So the last episode has aired and thanks to veoh I managed to watch it in the office! w00t! But then it’s low resolution so it kinda sucks. Must rewatch later!
Curse this episode for making my eyes all red and swollen. I was crying throughout the episode’s run
It’s that BAWWful. First off, after what happened last time (which was no longer shown to us, not that I really care — I’ll get around reading that part in the novel, someday), Genda ended up in a coma, and Doujou turned into a lifeless doll due to trauma and whatever it was that occurred with the crazy woman last time.

Title: Seirei no Moribito (精霊の守り人)
Scrumptious Meter: 4.5 (next best thing to slice bread~with a little extra sugar and spice on top)
Length: 26 episodes

Seirei no Moribito is based on a light novel by Uehashi Nahoko, the first book in the Moribito series. It tells of Balsa, a female spear-wielder, who takes on the task of protecting Chagum, the Second Prince of the New Yogo Empire. Chagum’s father, the Emperor, plots to assassinate his son, thinking that Chagum is possessed by a water fiend which Torgal, the empire’s Holy Founding Father, defeated hundreds of years ago. Chagum, however, is the vessel of the Nyunga Ro Im’s egg. The Nyunga Ro Im is a water spirit that bestows the blessing of water upon the land. Chagum has thus become the Nyunga Ro Chaga or Guardian of the Sacred Spirit.

Title: Mononoke (モノノ怪)
Scrumptious Meter: 5 (Slice bread!)
Length: 12 episodes
Mononoke seeks to deliver something fresh amidst the moe schoolgirls and lolis that are prevalent in recent anime.

Set in Japan, probably during the Edo period, it follows the Medicine Seller as he fights Mononoke of Japanese lore. Mononoke results when an Ayakashi, a spirit that simply comes into being, unites with strong human emotions such as vengeance, sadness or fear. The Medicine Seller uses the Sword of Exorcism to defeat the Mononoke but in order to unsheathe the sword, Form, Truth and Regret must be present. Form is the product of the intertwined fates of men, Truth is the natural state of all things, and Regret is present in every men’s hearts.

We are finally at the end of this wonderful series. It goes back to its slice-of-life roots for this final episode for some closure, though leaving enough room for a possibility of a second season.

Synopsis: Clare continues to fight Priscilla.

This is it! The final Claymore episode. I’m glad I was able to catch up on my backlog. Anyway, since the plot of the anime has now deviated from the manga, what happens in this episode wouldn’t be called canon, would it?

Kaze no Stigma Episode 24 – The Ones Protected by the Wind
Kaze no Stigma finally comes to a close (though not quite) with this episode, where Wernhard’s plans behind Pandemonium is finally revealed. With the seed players killed in the previous episode, their souls become sacrifice for the summoning of this great demon which Kazuma, Ayano and Ren have to face. This final battle, together with other revelations (and possibility for a second season?) as well as the much awaited Kazuma x Ayano moment (for K x A supporters), and more in this final episode!
(I seem to have gone into trigger happy mode with this one… so many screenies @__@)
