KimiKiss Pure Rouge Episode 1 � Meet Again

KimiKiss finally makes its premiere, and as an avid reader of the manga (ever since, a few weeks ago), I was looking forward to how this dating sim will be brought to life by J.C.Staff. All I can say after watching this first episode, is that I AM HOOKED. If you loved Boys Be and Honey and Clover, I’m pretty sure you’ll love this as well~ I know it sounds too early to sound for me to say all these, but seeing this episode, how it was well written and directed, and how much it fared better compared to the manga and the novel (and well, the game overall), I am confident that this will turn out to be a great tale of romance (and memories? :P). Generic and boring as others might see it compared to Honey and Clover, I still have high hopes for this show

Truth be told, I was rather disappointed when I watched the first episode. I knew beforehand that despite the supernatural backdrop, the series has more of a slice-of-life feel to it. It’s not a problem for me but I found the pacing, however, too slow. I was bored to death watching it.

Charming and funny characters, great art and animation, whimsical background music, a good sense of humor, a dash of moe, and some nice insights about life in general, made this first episode a memorable one.

Shugo Chara Episode 1 � The Birth of Shugo Chara!

I�ve been keeping an eye out for this anime ever since I read the manga, which I loved because of the shoujo elements I�ve been deprived of as of late. The bishies and the waff, especially. This is like the only shoujo anime in the fall lineup, which is obviously catered for fangirls who like cute stuff, nekomimi guys, and mahou shoujo. Beneath the saccharine shoujo bias however, guys and girls alike will find this a show about self-discovery, learning to love ourselves, and� finding love~ Ok, enough cheesiness and on to the show~

I took a whiff of BAMBOO BLADE as it promised some kendo fun, a few good laughs, wacky sidekicks and a kickass lead. Did it deliver as expected? Well�

I�m still on the search for the Japanese version of the Kaze no Stigma chapters, but unfortunately I can�t find any (and I�m not fortunate enough to get hold of the Dragon Age Magazine where it�s serialized). I plan to buy the tankoubon when it comes out, but I don�t think it�ll be released till months from now >< Anyways, I read two chapters of the Chinese scanlation and I really like how things are going with the manga :3 Without the Japanese version, I guess I'll be sticking to this ><

Episode 01 starts off with Dante going into an alley at night and walking into a bar.  Once inside, a bartender asks him what he wants.  Dante then ordered for a strawberry sundae.  The bartender tells him that he’s in a bar and not in some kind of kid’s place.  Dante mentioned that he’s heard some rumors about a pub nearby that takes people’s lives.  While he’s talking to the bartender, three men are playing cards at a table behind him and overhears the conversation.  One of the men asked about a royal straight flush and after the man puts down the cards in his hand he immediately dashed towards Dante.  Dante, with gun in hand, pointed it towards the man and BANG!
