The end of Skip Beat, that is, and the above pic captures exactly how I feel right at this moment. I neglected watching Skip Beat a few months back, and now that I almost caught up… it’s nearing its end. NOooOOoOooo!!!! The Dark Moon is not over yet! And I want to see Ren’s awesome dad in full animated glory! And and… so much more!! I don’t want it to end yet TT____TT Where’s my season 2?? Where’s my goddamn rumored 41 eps?!
This is almost like how I felt when Ouran ended, but since my relationship with Skip Beat is far more personal, this one hurts even more.

OH SNAP!
Cosfuck, as the name implies, refers to “cosplays that are f*cked up”, a term which reeks of elitism in and of itself. By referring to a cosplay as “cosfuck”, the elitist sends out this [hidden/overt] message to the ‘accused’ cosplayer: “Your cosplay SUCKS, F*ck Off. Go Die/Pack Up your Bag and Don’t Ever Venture Into Cosplaying. Ever. Again”, placing himself/herself into this high judiciary pedestal, as though he/she was given the right by the heavens to proclaim what’s a good and bad cosplay, what’s fail and what’s not, or which certain demograph (of people endowed with great physique / features) is only entitled to the “right to cosplay”. Sounds like a cool thing to do huh? Not when it goes out of bounds, like flaming cosplayers in the public domain.

So I watched two episodes of ToraDora, and found it awesome. Ironically, the Taiga HATE Ive seen in the anime community prior to watching made me all the more willing to check it out, enjoy it, love it, and well now, blog it too. Troll genes triggered? I dont know myself, but for sure, I didnt enjoy it and love it simply for the sake of being different — to be set apart from the ToraDora / Taiga haters and whatnot.

Months after my very first fangirl rave-filled ItaKiss post, and I rise from the depths of the grave with my now burning hatred for this show.
Apologies in advance to those who will be offended by this post. I know Im taking this too seriously for my own good, but I just cant help it. Incoherent ranting ahead!

People who have been keeping up with my MAL probably noticed that I already dropped Himitsu off my list, after mentioning nothing but praises for the show in my one and only blog post for it.
With the first four episodes of Himitsu, I was spellbound. For the first time in my life I thought I was seeing the world through Shimizu Reikos eyes. But then for some reason, the magic the show had on me gradually worn off, and after 6 episodes, I feel like Im just dragging myself to watch the succeeding ones (and hence I didnt get past episode 7 any more). I cant pinpoint exactly what drove me away from this show. Perhaps its Aoki, the angsty siscon to whose thought patterns we are made to conform to with each episode, or the chief who remains as monotonic as ever (Tomokazu Seki was such a waste on him). Issa-sa had this very sentiment right after episode 3; I only felt it after 6 episodes.
