The bomb that is episode 21 has come upon us and the girls continue to run the show. The dynamics have shifted and I can only wonder how this will all end. I don’t know if it’s going to be pretty, but it’s going to be one hell of a ride.

After episode 20, the dearly retarded gets down with the girls of ToraDora for some hurt to hurt talk. This is tongue-in-chick or tongue-in-chic, which ever bad pun works for you.

Toradora is one of my favorite running shows right now, the other being Skip Beat!. I love the drama and the mix of crack. After my latest dose of Toradora though (episode 19), I have to ask out of frustration: Why is everybody a bloody martyr!?!
This is not meant to be taken seriously.

I had the chance to go on an escapade to my hometown together with my college classmates / barkada last December 28-30. Though to be exact, it’s like they dragged me to their planned escapade so I can be their host or something lol. Being the willing victim that I was, I had no complaints~! It’s been more than a year since we’ve had this get-together (well they had previous outings / team-building activities but I always end up not joining >_>;), so it was something I really looked forward to, not to mention it’s a chance for me to go back to my ojousama lifestyle where I simply sit and the meals get magically served onto my plate!

Well, it seems that our random lulz convo “post” turned out to be a big hit!! The two Scrumptious chefs also gained the reputation of being Konata twins because of the said endeavor. I guess this is finally time to bid goodbye to our furry pet personas? :3

This conversation happened “live”, as both Seleria and I were watching ToraDora episodes 1-2 (for the second time), and it was even before I cooked up this first ToraDora post. Brace yourselves for some random lulz in this confuzzling conversation! You’ve been forewarned. Some of the episode [timelines] are indicated for your reference.

So I watched two episodes of ToraDora, and found it awesome. Ironically, the Taiga HATE I’ve seen in the anime community prior to watching made me all the more willing to check it out, enjoy it, love it, and well now, blog it too. Troll genes triggered? I don’t know myself, but for sure, I didn’t enjoy it and love it simply for the sake of being different — to be set apart from the ToraDora / Taiga haters and whatnot.
